Our partnership approach

We always respect your commercial contracts and relationships with your customers. We also take your lead on how much direct contact you would like us to have with your customers.
Our wholesale partner rates and are discounted from our standard external retail rate card. This ensures we are always able to offer our partners the most competitive rates and facilitate your organisations ability to add mark-up or commission, whilst keeping your customer-facing retail rates competitive.
All of our partnership agreements are covered by a comprehensive and clear contract. This will summarise all commercial and operational aspects of the partnership between Wellbeing Solutions and your organisation.
We offer a range of branding options. Partners can choose either our own Wellbeing Solutions branded EAP collateral, co-branded collateral with the addition of your logo alongside ours, or a fully redesigned white label approach.
All commercial and operational processes between Wellbeing Solutions and a partner organisation will be clearly defined and set out in a comprehensive partnership agreement contract. This document will state the broad commercial arrangement between our two organisations, and also detail operational service delivery processes.
We offer four partnership model choices which are set out below in greater detail. You can choose the model that is the best fit for your organisation.

Streamlined Referral

When your customer expresses an interest in EAP or mental health service, simply pass the details to us and we service their requests. This arrangement suits partners who do not wish to charge commission to their referred customers or involve themselves in the complexities of re-selling and account managing mental health services provided by Wellbeing Solutions.

Commission Based Referral

When your customer expresses an interest in EAP or mental health service, simply pass the details to us and we service their requests from that point onwards. You receive 10% commission once they have signed up. This arrangement suits partners who do not wish to involve themselves in the complexities of re-selling and account managing mental health services provided by us, but who are comfortable charging commission.

Re-Seller Partnership

A traditional, subcontracted partnership model, whereby your organisation purchases EAP and mental health services from us, and resells them to your customers. You retain the contractual and commercial relationship with your customer and account management is shared by your organisation and by us. We sell our services at discounted wholesale rates, enabling you to add a mark-up. The online resources and printed collateral provided to your customers and to their employees will feature our Wellbeing Solutions branding.

White Label Partnership

Our most comprehensive and effective partnership model includes the re-selling feature of option three, but adds a white-labelled branding aspect. This enables you to access a comprehensive range of online and printed resources, branded and tailored as if they are produced by your organisation. You can present a fully-branded and joined up suite of mental health services to your customers. EAP collateral is grey labelled and includes your logo, as does the comprehensive EAP employee website and mental health hub for your customers to buy additional services.

Commission: 15% RRP (on wholesale rates)
