1: Value EAP

Our lowest cost EAP plan avoiding pre-paid charges for counselling services.

This package suits organisations who want to offer a full EAP to all their staff, but who predict a lower than average take-up of services and only want to pay for sessions actually used by their employees.

  • Counselling and advice sessions accessed by employees are charged on a “pay-as-you-go” basis
  • Employers pay a small fixed quarterly service charge to cover fixed costs
  • Employers get the HR-Hub, monthly mental health newsletter, launch materials, and EAP reporting
  • A 1-year initial minimum contract term that becomes an “ever-green rolling contract” with a 90-day notice period applicable after the first 12-months
  • Billed quarterly in arrears

2: Standard EAP

Our most popular EAP package, including all key EAP features in a pre-paid fixed price contract model.

This package suits organisations who want to offer a quality but cost effective EAP to all their staff, and who want to pre-pay a fixed amount for counselling and advice services that their employees will use.

  • Charges for telephone counselling and legal or financial advice services are included in the annual pre-paid EAP subscription package (up to 6 sessions of telephone counselling per employee, per issue, per annum)
  • All therapy provided is BACP accredited structured telephone counselling – delivered in up to six (30-35 minute-long) scheduled telephone counselling sessions
  • A 1-year initial minimum contract term that becomes an “ever-green rolling contract” with a 90-day notice period applicable after the first 12-months
  • Billed quarterly in advance

3: Premier EAP

Our most comprehensive EAP package, including mental health services for employers.

This package suits organisations who want to offer a full service EAP to all their staff that includes broader mental health support services for employees, HR and managers.

  • Employees are offered the option of face-to-face (in-clinic) counselling close to where they live
  • Staff can also choose video counselling as an alternative to telephone or traditional face-to-face
  • Your staff’s immediate family members are also covered – to the same level as your employees
  • A mental health awareness webinar / Zoom presentation for all staff to help you launch the EAP
  • Expert clinical and legal consultations are freely available to all your managers and HR teams
  • A 1-year initial minimum contract term that becomes an “ever-green rolling contract” with a 90-day notice period applicable after the first 12-months
  • Billed quarterly in advance

Testimonials

What our customers say about us’

  • Having worked with Wellbeing Solutions for over 10 years, we now rely on them for all our employee assistance requirements. Initially our need was for a specialist provider of quality rapid response critical incident support services, but over the years we have expanded our relationship to offer the EAP to our UK colleagues and those overseas. The EAP has also been integrated into our broader employee relations strategy and change management mechanisms in place to support colleagues.
