Current Vacancies

We are seeking to appoint an experienced customer account professional to join our busy account management team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the rapidly expanding and dynamic field of workplace mental health – interacting daily with HR professionals seeking to support their teams in these challenging times. You will be joining a small, but growing busy team.

We are looking for a candidate with relevant customer account management experience, in a B2B services sector, who is looking to advance their career and move up to a more demanding role.

The core responsibilities of the role are:

  • Data capture of customer information using EAP specialist software
  • Management of customer contact databases (including Mailchimp)
  • Customer support for digital hub access and setup
  • Onboarding and settling of new customers
  • Control of customer collateral, including creating using Adobe
  • Assist with Account Management Meetings
  • Support with managing customer complaints, within the context of GDPR and client confidentiality
  • Co-ordinate the booking and delivery of additional services across all departments
  • Progress to Account Manage your own group of customers
  • Provide daily responses to Access code requests
  • Manage amendments and cancellation of customer contracts within EAP software

Skills & Experience Sought:

  • Relevant experience in a B2B account management role.
  • Have worked in a fast-paced small business environment, where flexibility and adaptability are standard.
  • Have strong attention to detail and be accurate and precise when preparing documents and entering data.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and build positive relationships with key customers.
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Experience in the HR services, employee benefits, healthcare, OH or mental health sectors is a bonus.

Location:

  • A mixture of an office-working (East Croydon office) and homeworking.
  • Currently, we operate a ratio of 3 office days and 2 home-working days.

(Video & Telephone Counselling)

 We are always seeking accredited affiliate counsellors to join our growing network of clinical professionals, providing employee mental health support.

Our affiliate counsellors deliver telephone and video counselling to employees of businesses who have contacted us to provide mental health and wellbeing care. This is an exciting role offering the opportunity to receive a steady number of remote clients for Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT).

You will work with a vast array of mild, moderate to severe clinical presentations, identifying goals and building solutions within a fixed number of EAP sessions.

Wellbeing Solutions place a high value on clinical note-taking, assessment skills, excellent communication skills, as well as IT skills in order to interact comfortably with our online provider portal.

To become an affiliate within the Wellbeing Solutions network you will need to demonstrate the following:

  • Diploma in Counselling from a BACP accredited course
  • Minimum of 2 years post-qualifying experience
  • BACP Accreditation, UKCP Registration or equivalent
  • Training in and experience of providing brief therapy
  • Over 450 supervised hours of counselling delivery
  • Experience delivering counselling remotely via telephone and video
  • Skills in quick rapport building
  • Business efficiency

Joining Wellbeing Solutions on an internship provides students with the opportunity to experience various key processes and techniques as they pertain to the workplace, as well as an opportunity to get a grasp of the broader mental health market.

 

Sales and Marketing

One of the key tasks within our sales and marketing team is to create content for digital media, social media and print. Within this internship, you would be working directly with our Commercial team to deliver content for our customers and wider audiences. If you are interested in becoming a content producer, this could be the ideal opportunity for you to get hands-on experience within our dynamic Commercial team.

Case Management

If you have an interest in psychology and/or business administration, contact us about our internships within the Case Management team. You will assist with the day-to-day administration of case management, working with bespoke software to assist with the administration associated with the delivery of all counselling, advice, and other related services to end-users.
