What customers say about us as an EAP provider

WSM have been our EAP provider for 5 years, and we see the service as being an important part of our wellbeing strategy here at the University of Lincoln. The provision of confidential expert advice and counselling helps our employees overcome personal and workplace issues that can have an impact on them whilst in the workplace. Typically this may include helping them to find a way through dealing this workplace relations or assist employees and their families with issues that are personal, for example, financial worries, bereavement or struggling mental health. The EAP offers a wide range of services that our staff find extremely valuable, this is why it plays an integral part of our strategy. We would recommend WSM as an EAP provider to any organisation, whether in the Education sector or not.
